In the event of non-claim of warranty, a warranty certificate or receipt stamped by the retailer must be attached with the lighter, otherwise a service fee will be charged.

Pipes All our pipes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If manufacturing defects are not claimed, the barrel will be replaced with a new, equivalent model. If manufacturing defects are not claimed, the barrel must first be sent in a padded envelope to JisonProdukter AB for assessment.
Warranty does not apply:
* When burning through the barrel. Rarely is the cause a manufacturing fault, most often it occurs when the pipe has been smoked in too hard.
* A handle that breaks off after purchase is not considered a manufacturing defect.
